- May not copy, distribute, or download content without permission
5. Marketplace Transactions
When transactions launch:
- Agreements are made between writers and filmmakers
- NewJunction Studio may take a commission
- We are not responsible for disputes between users
We may offer standardized legal templates but do not provide legal advice.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you do not own
- Harass users
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Damage or disrupt the Service
7. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- Script visibility
- Matches or collaboration
- Uninterrupted access
- Accuracy of user-uploaded content
The platform is provided “as is.”
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for user actions
- We are not liable for lost data, damages, or interruptions
- Your use of the Service is at your own risk
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Upload harmful content
